Services
The fitness training hub provides both one-to-one personal training services, as well a weekly workout plans to suit your individual needs.
All personal training packages come with a free consultation and analysis (weight, BMI , heart rate, body measurements & fitness tests) to help me find out more about you and to make sure I fully understand what your goals are. This can be done on Zoom , Phone Call and FaceTime
The zoom call will entail me observing, guiding, motivating and coaching you through a workout plan which has been made specifically for you. You will see a gym like results from the comfort of your own home.
These workouts plans will be made for you to follow on your own whether that be in the gym or at home without my guidance and coaching and new plans will be given to you every 6 weeks.
